Having been at the forefront of South Africa's comedy scene for close to ten years now, his unique dry sense of humour has made him one of the country's most popular comedians. Chris Forrest speaks slow, but he thinks quick. Some call him South Africa's answer to Steven Wright, others say "who is Steven Wright?"
Best known for his TV appearances in the "Pure Monate Show" and in numerous successful ad campaigns including playing the part of Sasol's volunteer Olympic coach "Coach Joe", the "Yo" guy for the Vodacom Challenge and the recent eBucks advert we he played four different versions of himself. He's also had smaller roles on Komplex, and the Emmy nominated episode of "Sorted"

A regular on South Africa's premier comedy show "The Heavyweight Comedy Jam" and an honorary black man on the hugely successful "Blacks Only Show", Chris Forrest is also the regular host of the King Size Comedy Shows which play to audiences of over three thousand at a time.
At corporate functions for the likes of Microsoft, SASOL, Mondi, ABSA, SAB, Vodacom, MTN to music festivals such as Oppikoppi, Chris Forrest has proven his talent whether working as either a comedian or MC or both. "Mr Versatile" is loved by audiences of all ages and races.
