Awards/Service
Between April 2004 and August 2007, Paul served on the Board of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa (PSASA), and as its 2nd President during 2005-2006.
He wass Secretary of the Global Speakers Federation 2006-2008.
On 3 August 2008 he was awarded his Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation in recognition of his consistent speaking performance, a distinction held by only 5 speakers in Africa.
In April 2009 at the Global Speakers Summit in Cape Town, Paul became only the 2nd recipient of the PSASA Founders Award for an outstanding contribution to the association and the speaking industry in Southern Africa.
