Chester Missing

Brought to life by ventriloquist Conrad Koch, this political satirist blends comedy, sharp social commentary and quick-fire audience interaction to exceptional effect. Cape-based Chester Missing first gained wide attention through appearances on Late Nite News with Loyiso Gola and later fronted Almost News with Chester Missing. Known for interviewing public figures in character, the act combines satire with improvisation, current affairs and crowd work in a format that lands strongly with live audiences. He has also been recognised with the Ahmed Kathrada Foundation Anti-Racism Award. For conferences, awards evenings and gala events, the result is intelligent entertainment with a distinct edge.
