Eben De Jongh

Eben de Jongh is an industrial engineer, entrepreneur and founder of Sonke Retail and SKUBU, an automated refill retail platform designed to make everyday household essentials more affordable while reducing single use plastic waste. Drawing on experience in manufacturing, supply chain, project management and FMCG, including leadership roles at Unilever, he combines commercial thinking with practical innovation. Holding an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Pretoria and an International MBA from IE Business School, he speaks on retail innovation, sustainability, the circular economy, consumer affordability, entrepreneurship and scaling purpose-driven businesses through technology and operational excellence.
