In 2025, alongside Musa Kalenga, he acquired full ownership of Brave Group, transitioning it into a Black-owned, technology-focused agency. He chairs I AM AN ENTREPRENEUR, supporting small and medium enterprises through Enterprise and Supplier Development programmes. Khumalo serves on the boards of JSE-listed Sabvest Capital and Grindrod Limited, and Airports Company South Africa.
