The fees for our services are included in the rates we quote, AND our rates are the same as those if you were quoted directly – so there are no hidden costs to you.

Once you have decided on a speaker, MC or performer, and we have checked their availability, Famous Faces handles all the details. We issue the contract to you and to the ‘Famous Faces’ – and take care of any other details when required, such as travel, accommodation – and we can also arrange the audio-visual or PA equipment for you.

FF works with talent right across the fee rages. Please note: Speaker fees vary widely and you may prefer to utilise one who doesn’t need to travel to help you control your expenses.  We will bear all the factors in mind.

The speakers tend to have a standard talk duration (45, 60 – or occasionally – 90 minutes. But that fee is standard. When considering an MC/Facilitator or Programme Director, the duration of their involvement will be factored in. Will they be on call for ½ a day (3-5 hours); or all day (+- 8 hours); or all day and evening ((+- 12 hours); of for multiple days for a conference?

In some cases, a speaker will charge the same fee for a presentation regardless of whether it’s an hour or a full day seminar.

The last thing we ever want is for you to end up with an MC, or a speaker – just because of something which arises and is beyond your control. Whatever the nature of the problem, be it weather, changes in travel schedules, airport delays, on-site problems, etc. – we will be available to ensure the problem goes away – and with a smile

Some speakers are comfortable with the recording of their presentation for the records, but every speaker is different, and some are sensitive about taping. In all cases, you need to ask permission from Famous Faces before recording of any kind. Please contact us if you have a specific need in mind.

Most of the Famous Faces are happy to participate in functions beyond the speech, but the extent varies. That said, all arrangements for signings, photo opportunities, Q&A sessions, etc. must be included at the time of discussing your event with us.
