Dalin Oliver

Dalin Oliver is an award winning South African comedian as well as an award nominated radio sports broadcaster and podcaster. Oliver’s currently on a five-city tour of Australia where his clean cut and energetic brand of comedy is leaving locals in Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Gold Coast begging for more.

Oliver is a former high school mathematics and history teacher who ditched the chalk board for a microphone and the stage. This laughter specialist has been building a reputation for himself as one of the most bankable comedians and MCs in the country. Teaching’s loss is comedy’s gain.

A true all-rounder who wears many hats. He’s Host of The Late Late Tackle – the newest talk show on the block with three-time Rugby World Cup Champions, the Springboks and is also a DSTV Content Creator Awards Podcast of the Year nominee.
Career highlights include five one person shows, sell out success around the country and being part of the award-winning ensemble stand-up comedy show, Day Zero: The Water Shortage Tour, which was performed in Toronto Canada as well. You can enjoy his finest work on Showmax, DSTV, Comedy Central Africa and in cinemas nationwide.

Signing fresh from university, he’s been capturing locals with his humour and colourful delivery on South Africa’s hottest Urban radio station, Good Hope FM, as the weekday breakfast show sports presenter. Another feather in his cap is his Comics Choice Award nominated weekly comedy show, Happy Hour – a first of its kind for the radio station.

When the dynamic performer is not on stage or on-air, he can be found in the sports arena, rocking the mic on or off camera – having worked at the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, Netball World Cup, Red Bull Box Cart Race and alongside the Proteas, DHL Stormers and Springboks family.

From South Africa to the world, Thanks for being an amazing human.
