DJ Nigel

DJ Nigel (Francois Booyse) started his deejay career in 1998 when he became part of R.A.U Radio (and Afrikaanse University Radio station). He was one of three deejays responsible for the legendary Monday Night Student Nights at the Roxy’s Rhythm Bar where they entertained up to 2500 people on a Monday Night. Following the success of Roxy’s Rhythm Bar, he joined the summer roadshow for British American Tobacco.

From 2000 he has been playing to private and corporate functions while at the same time hosting the “Brunch Show” for Horizon Stereo 93.9FM and at clubs like Tequila Rock, Blue Goose and Nite Fever. He has embedded himself into the corporate market, playing at large functions for companies such as

He is also Resident DJ at Billy the Bums
