“Chaos Theory” is the science of surprise. As a trend researcher and futurist, Bronwyn is in the business of helping companies to expect the unexpected and get comfortable with chaos. As a consultant, her work with EXCO and senior management level addresses the intersection of shifting consumer mindsets and exponential technologies; and how these twin forces work together to impact businesses.

With over a decade’s experience in marketing management and trend research, her educational credentials include tertiary qualifications in Marketing Management, Economics, Foresight and Future Studies.
