Dr. Mark Manley has a background in the media, politics, business and ministry. He was involved in transitional politics and was the Mayor of Randburg in the early 90’s. He has a Masters degree in Adult Education and a Doctorate in Business and Education, specialising in Leadership Development.

Steve Barnett is known globally as ‘The Silent Conductor’. Archbishop Desmond Tutu said – ‘He has an exceptional gift’. Together, these two individuals, from vastly different backgrounds, have come together to illustrate how the rhythm of business cannot be separated from the rhythm of life.

Combining the essential elements of good research and experiential learning, Mark and Steve will demonstrate how change in an organisation – and a cohesive team – can work together to produce remarkable results.
