Professor Mohale is the Chairman of The Bidvest Group Limited, ArcelorMittal South Africa, and SBV Services. His former roles include CEO of Business Leadership South Africa (BLSA) and President of Business Unity South Africa (BUSA), where he championed ethical business, inclusive economic growth, and national dialogue between government, business, and labour.
Over his career, Professor Mohale has held executive positions at Shell South Africa, Drake & Scull, Sanlam, and Otis Elevators, among others. He is widely recognised for advancing transformation within these organisations and across the corporate landscape. A committed nation-builder, he has served on the boards of over 40 companies and public sector entities.
He is the author of two bestsellers: Lift As You Rise and Behold the Turtle, which blend personal reflection with powerful leadership insights. These works, and his keynote addresses, are known for their clarity, courage, and call to conscience.
