Caitlyn de Beer
Durban-based Caitlyn is a best-selling author, life coach and former psychology lecturer. But on corporate stages, she brings a grounded, experience-led perspective to customer experience, relationship-building and sustained performance. Her work translates behavioural insight into practical frameworks that prioritise trust, consistency and meaningful engagement. Having coached individuals across multiple countries, she focuses on navigating disruption while strengthening client and team relationships that drive long-term value and measurable impact. A prolonged period of unexplained chronic illness, largely bedridden, shaped a disciplined, perspective-driven approach to resilience. This informs a message that moves beyond motivation, emphasising responsibility, consistency and action, reconnecting audiences with the fundamentals of service excellence, personal accountability and relationships that endure beyond transactional interactions.

“Caitlyn presented her talks on happiness and stress management during lunch hour and the feedback from the staff who attended was wonderful,. Many commented on how much more positive they felt and how they wished the talks could have gone on for longer. An excellent way to spend our lunch hour. Thanks Caitlyn, we look forward to welcoming you back soon to do the remainder of your talks at Shepstone & Wylie.”

Caitlyn’s presentations are funny, engaging and most importantly provide simple, practical changes that our staff can add to their day-to-day activities. Feedback from her sessions (4 thus far over 4 months) has been overwhelmingly positive and we look forward to her next session in July.

Cait’s talk was both thought-provoking and highly enriching! She is a real woman who has a real story to tell. This is what makes her so believable and credible. Her analogies used were both fun and practical – we loved every minute.
