Now in a new chapter as a financial crime investigator, Pauli continues to combat economic wrongdoing from within the system. Widely respected for her fearless exposés during her tenure at Scorpio, the investigative unit of Daily Maverick, she was instrumental in uncovering corruption at VBS Mutual Bank, within SARS, and through the #GuptaLeaks investigations that shook South Africa’s political foundations and earned global acclaim.

Armed with an MBA from Henley Business School and a Master’s in Journalism from North-West University, Pauli brings intellectual rigour and incisive analysis to every stage she steps onto.
